“Exercise , exercise and exercise!”Many people consider exercise to be only benefits for health,I am not the exception.I was very shock after I read the surprising news.Not only I regard exercise as an effective way to lose weight but also I take exercise as a crucial prevention of all kinds of diseases . The news is very astonishing to people who want to lose weight by exercising alone . But it also advised us that you can not lose weight by exercising only and refuse your necessary meals . You have to diet as well as exercise if you want to lose weight.
What I learned the most from the news is that we need to pay more attention on the scientists’ report . Because one thing’s benefit is not only based on only one reason , it may mix a great deal of elements . We often accept the news passively without recognizing it is true or false or other potential reasons . Beside , we usually look things on one side and seldom think more but just accept it . Therefore , it’s very important that all of us should identify the report or the news carefully . In addition ,
